Meet The Team

At the core of our dental practice is a friendly team of professionals that are dedicated to your utmost comfort and optimal oral health. We view each patient as a unique individual, and tailor each treatment to your specific needs. As part of our commitment to providing close, personalized attention to every patient, we want to encourage patient communication. Please know that we are here to provide outstanding patient care, and that we value the trust you have placed in us.

Dr. Kim Mason

In 2010, Dr. Mason joined the practice, and brought with her a sense of excitement for new technology and new techniques. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Dr. Mason purchased the practice in 2014 from Dr. Steve Sedore. Steve retired in 2015 after practicing dentistry for 40 years in Aurora - although you may still see him in the waiting room! Kim is a caring, gentle, and empathetic dentist, who ensures that treatment is decided with the patient as a team player in their own oral health. She is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, Toronto Crown and Bridge Study Club, Aurora Study Club, and the York Region Dental Study Club. She is also registered and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. On her downtime, Kim enjoys fitness, baking, travelling, and reading a good book.

Leah

Director of First Impressions

Leah has been with us since 1998, and is probably the first face you will see, and first voice you will hear when you contact us! Although she is usually found at the front desk, Leah sometimes helps out in the operatories as she is also a certified dental assistant. She is a dedicated, loyal, hard-working and energetic team player, who enjoys fundraising, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.

Emily

Dental Assistant

Emily is a kind and caring, Level II Dental Assistant who has been with us since 2017. She is always willing to help, in any way she can, and is a wonderful hand-holder chair-side - if needed. In her spare time, Emily enjoys relaxing with friends and family, and keeping up with her dog, Atlas.

Jason

Dental Assistant

We were lucky enough to have Jay join us in the summer of 2012. He is a Level II Dental Assistant, who is thoughtful, enthusiastic and very reliable. He always has a smile on his face, and tries hard to ensure you are at ease while you are visiting with us. On his downtime, Jay enjoys photography, RV'ing and spending time with his family.

Jennifer

Hygienist

Jenn is a Registered Dental Hygienist, and a member of the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario. She graduated with honours in 2006, and has been with our office since 2010. Jenn is very detail-oriented, gentle and tries very hard to accomodate her patients in any way she can. On her time away from the office she enjoys reading, baking, snowboarding, and riding her motorcycle.

Linda

Hygienist

Linda is a Registered Dental Hygienist, who has been in the dental industry since 2005. She graduated in 2011, and began working with us in 2012. She is also a member of the CDHO. Linda is honest, understanding and personable, and is considered by many to be a devoted Disney enthusiast. Away from the office she also enjoys volunteering, spending time with her family, and cuddling her dog, Douglas.

Najiyeh

Hygienist

We are so lucky for Najiyeh to have joined our team in 2021, with over 15 years of dental hygiene experience. She is kind and patient, and will strive to make your visit as comfortable as possible. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, and cooking.
